Dash is laughing at Jets because he's being a funny guy, when Jets hears Dash laughing, he gets nervous and all bashfull. x3

I gave their eyes and teeth glow because Turbo --> in the dark, his eyes glow. So does his teeth.
Since my OC is a Turbotime FC, her teeth and eyes should glow too! Including all her friends and fanboys. Like Jets.
